Withdrawal problems on a $1,900 payment

On 06/01/2019 I requested a withdrawal of $2000 which $1900 were approved on 06/06/2019. Today is July 24 2019 and I still have not received any money. Apparently they don’t work with my bank which is Wells Fargo for wire transfer. So I requested a check be sent but was notified I still needed an approved bank. Asked to explain why they need a bank to issue a check but received no explanation. I have asked which banks they do work with twice but have received no information regarding my request. I don’t know what to do to get my money. Hope you can help. I have copies of my communication emails if needed.
