Withdrawal problems of $1,999

On February 6th I submitted a check withdrawal request in the amount of $1999. That request was cancelled without any notice despite me completing online verification and sending all required documents with 24 hours. On February 8th I submitted a wire withdrawal request after chatting with an agent who recommend wire withdrawal. Withdrawal request # 607599709. I provided all the wire information within 2 hours of the request. I have since been told they can't wire money to my bank, even though they have done so in the past. They state they are not able to send checks. They have stated they can't send crypto currency.

They refuse to provide a list of banks they can wire transfer to. They also have not answered if they can wire to another bank that I have an established account with. So this company has provided no viable way for me to withdraw my winnings. Gamblers beware. The stall tactics and frustrations associated with withdrawals should tell you to avoid this and all associated casinos.
