Slots of Vegas Casino -Withdrawal problem

I have requested a withdrawal on 12/05 /2021 for $2500. All the required documents and information regarding the verification was followed and my account was verified. The first withdrawal was cancelled by slots of vegas and when I asked why they said that it was because I did not supply them with all of my banking details. I have sent it to them on numerous occasions. I have then requested another withdrawal for the same amount and when I ask them what is the status of the withdrawal I get the normal reply about they are working on it and I should check back in 48 hours.

Thank you for your reply. This matter could have been avoided if your team just told me the reason. If they knew about this then why did they make me run around getting all my banking details which was very unprofessional. They need to give proper feedback regarding any matter and give the correct information all the time.
I have created a bitcoin account and I have sent through the required information but I have got no response. What is your email address so that I can sent it to you as well.
