Withdrawal of my payments


I have submitted a withdrawal requests twice, the first one was denied with out any contact from them. I resubmitted on 6/18/2021 one for $2500 and the other for $1000 and have yet to be paid. I have called, chatted and emailed several times and have gotten the standard "it is with the relevant team pending review".

Each time the say they need my wire info and I give them the case numbers where it states they received that info.

They also ask me to wait for someone to contact me and have yet to be contacted.
