Withdrawal not sent and account restricted
My $1500 withdrawal was approved and I sent the information necessary for my wire transfer. I was told they did not receive the info and to send it again. After sending my information I was told I would see the $1500 in my account in 7-10 days. I tried to log in to my account to check on the status of my transfer and now they tell me they have banned me from the casino and if I provide additional information they would give me $125 dollars. I sent them numerous emails showing them the chat with their customer service rep where they state that my withdrawal was approved and I would see the funds in 7-10 days. No reply to any of my emails.
