Withdrawal not paid in 10 day timeframe

$2500 withdrawal from 9/12/21 has not be approved or paid yet. I emailed Tawni a few times but have not heard back for an update but she could be out of the office. Could someone check on the status of these withdrawals and update me? Thaks in advance.
