I have a $1,000. withdrawal that I would like to make from this casino. I have submitted all my paperwork, credit cards, statements etc AND I have already received funds, but my account will not allow me to withdraw. It keeps stating I need to submit documents. I've contacted customer service via email and chat and have had no luck. I would like to withdraw the $1,000.00 and get my account set up so I can withdraw without having to come here :)

I genuinely wish there was something I can do to help with this. Really, the only thing I can do is tell you to keep trying--you should be able to reach someone, but it can be a bit of a wait at times.

With manual withdrawals, I've been instructed to direct players to contact our customer support. There has been a procedural change regarding this and unfortunately, I'm unable to help with manual withdrawals at this time.
