Withdrawal denied due to playing blackjack when I did not play blackjack
Hi, I've had issues with this casino before. I requested a withdrawal for $1000 on 3/26. On 4/10, I followed up to see what the status was. I was told my withdrawal request was denied because I had violated the terms of the coupon I used by playing blackjack. I am 100% certain I did not play blackjack. The "customer service" supervisor insisted that I had and told me to go look at my game history. I did, and sure enough, it was completely blank because I had not played blackjack. I sent her a screenshot showing her proof of this, and asked her to send me a screenshot showing that I had played blackjack, which she did not do. She then cut off the chat abruptly. They owe me the $1000.
