Withdrawal delays again
27/07/20 - I put a withdrawal request for $2008 and sent through all the relevant documents to process this. I received an automatic reply acknowledging receipt with a 5-7 day processing time.
4/8/20 - i went onto live chat asking why my withdrawal was delayed - they stated that it was with the payments team and was still within the 7 day timeframe.
6/8/20 - i emailed asking what the delay was with payment as it had been 9 days - no reply.
7/8/20 - i went back onto live chat and that person i spoke to said he had escalated my request with the payments team.
10/8/20 - i went back onto the live chat - that person said they would escalate my request with the payments team? When i stated that the person did this for me on 7/8/20, they could not confirm this for me?
Slots Of Vegas make this such a drawn out process for no reason.
