Winnings 7500 USD not dispersed since December

I have been playing Slots of Vegas for many years. I have even received a check from them on my winnings once.

The check came from Canada and I had to wait 7 days for it to clear but had no problem with that.

In December of last year, I won $7,500 on which I placed withdrawals in 3 separate transactions.

Each one of them congratulated me on my wins and said that my winnings were being processed.

After a month or so waiting for my winnings, I did not hear anything from them. I emailed them several times with no response.

So I decided to go on the website and enter into the chat. The chat operator told me that my bank does not accept checks from them.

They have never had any problems taking my money from the account for many years but yet say that my bank does not accept their payments.

I took screenshots and videos of everything that I have mentioned here so I do have plenty of proof if needed.

Thank you for any help you can give me to resolve this matter.
