Hi! After submitting all documents for verification on 17.06 I have no confirmation. I have 2 pending withdrawals (2500$ and 2300$) and I will like to know how long is gonna take for this money to be in my Account.after waiting 2 weeks I already reversed a 700$ withdrawal .is this the reason for waiting so long?maybe players will reverse the withdrawals? Thank you!

Shame on you slots of Vegas...i discovered that one unwrited policy is to make players wait till they cancel the withdrawals! I should read first the reviews before deposit! Now I just want to close my account! Fake publicity saying "fast withdrawals "! I hope other people will read first this review and won't deposit if they want the winnings in theyr pockets! Such a sour experience!

Hi Mariana--

Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do to help at this point. You've been canceling and requesting withdrawals since July 1st--so much so that there are no withdrawals to be paid (see attachment).
