I have played with this casino for years and have had only one withdrawal before and it went really smoothly. Not understanding why these are taking a month. I have re-verified everything that was requested and have been checking in every 3 days as to the status. Customer service live chat just tells me that they are escalating the matter and check back. This is an excessive delay. I play at other casinos and have never waited this long. Huge disappointment.

My account on slots of vegas shows that they processed both $2500 withdrawals minus $264 bonus. I will update once I receive confirmation.
