Very slow account verification process, delayed payment

Hi, i won a wealthy amount on slots of vegas, i went to withdraw this and i was told to verify my details after 7 days of waiting. I then sent my details straight across with everything they asked. 'Thanks this will now take another 7 days to verify'. waited patiently after 7 days i asked what was going on they need more time, another 3 days passed asked again. We now need to verify your details. Why? I have just sent these. Sent them again waited another 7 days. Now into the 3/4 week and they said everything will be fine just wait the time frame (7days) and these will be accepted. After waiting another 7 days when i have asked over 20 times if everything was fine and they said yes, they then said they need my wire details again after given these twice already. Why would you need wire details what i have already gave you after the withdraw has been accepted? Just an absolute shambles. My partner is stressing over this daily and actually making her quite ill at the lack of response and delay after delay with this. We now feel like we will never receive the funds as every time we go on chat there is always 'give us more time' or 'you need to do this' even though we have now 4/5 times.

Please can someone sort this as soon as possible. Sick of all these excuses.

I don’t understand I responded and slotsofvegas are the one responding at the last minute? I got my last payment eventually still waiting for my last one.
