I won a couple thousand dollars from Slots of Vegas back in December of 2022. I have submitted 3 or 4 different cases to get myself verified to be able to withdraw the money and haven't heard back a single time from them.

I do see that while I was away, your payment was issued to your wallet: 4/13 Paid $2708 (0.08960637) + no Service Fees Bitcoin for transactions #144787403 ($208.00), #144787402 ($2,500.00).

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
