Hi,
Got a 50usd no deposit bonus and I played through the wagering requirement and amount for withdrawal is 100usd after wagering.
I submitted the documents for verification by august 22 and still not getting any reply nor able to submit for withdrawal. As per the withdrawal document in cashier its mentioned 72 hours for verification but still not getting any reply whether I can withdraw or I should I submit any more documents for verification.

Hi Selva--
There are a couple issues at hand which exclude you from both playing and receiving a withdrawal from the casino.
To begin, it was found that although you had provided an address in South Africa, you were actually playing from a location in India. This goes against our terms in two cases, the first being that we do not allow players from India. The second reason is clear in our terms and conditions:

12. The Casino reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation may be credited to you, however, the Casino reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your casino account in any circumstances including:
If there is evidence to suggest that you have more than one active account for the Casino;
4. If you provide incorrect or misleading registration, account or identification information;

With this in mind, your account with both Slots of Vegas and Planet 7 have been banned and your withdrawal funds have been voided.
I've sent all the necessary evidence to AskGamblers management to confirm what I've stated is accurate.
