Verification issue, a check for payout that has been sent
First of all, I made a mistake and checked wire-transfer. I wanted a check sent and I spoke with live chat 2 times about I wanted a check and not a wire-transfer. I thought it would be taken care of and take action on the change.
Also at that time, I said I tried to change my address on my profile but you can’t it has to come from them. One person first said they would work on that and it would take a few minutes to see the change. Well it didn’t change. The second live chat again, but nothing changed. To change the way I wanted my payout, I even sent email to a George < last name removed >, and was told he no longer does that?
I went into the document area, and on each item was needed to verify for a check which I sent everything they needed 4/9/2022. I received email response stating they received my information, if problem they would contact me, which I received no notice anything was wrong. I checked off each item that was needed.
Last night I spoke with live chat about how is my payout going. He said they needed, which I attached. He kept displacing the same thing, several time or more. No matter what I said about wanting a check for the payout. I said why would you want all my banking info? Again, displayed the same item. I said I guess this conversation is over, he kept displaying the same thing. I did say that I guess I’ll complain using this website. He must had gotten upset because he said I threaten him. I said what word did I say threaten you?
My payout is $2500.00 I’m a Gold Vip member for a long time. Before I’ve had problems with delays.
