Two withdrawals totaling 4500 waiting for approval 3 months
I have 2 withdrawals that have been pending since mid April. I have sent all documentation, many times over at this point. I have checked in over 25 times and have copies of each transcript. It has been 3 months and customer service tells me each and every time they have escalated it and the "appropriate department" will handle it and to check back. It is literally the exact same tactic each time. This is also coupled with the fact that after requesting these withdrawals, I was removed from VIP status and lost my dedicated host (with no explanation as to why, I might add, and it certainly wasn't for lack of deposits). Needless to say, this is shady practice and is far outside of their own terms and conditions. I would like for this to be resolved ASAP as I have spent a ton of money at this casino and I deserve my winnings fair and square.
