Three withdrawal requests are still pending and have not entered the processing phase


From my last complaint of delayed payment from SOV, Tawni provided her email address, because I mentioned that I had submitted another withdrawal. On 11/25, I emailed the following to Tawni:

“Hello Tawni,
Thank you for sharing your email address, which saved me the trouble of going through AskGamblers to get my withdrawal request sorted out.
On 11/9, I initiated two withdrawals for $2500 each, totaling $5000, and another withdrawal of $2500 on 11/14, bringing the grand total to $7500.

As of now, all three withdrawal requests are still pending and have not entered the processing phase. I understand the 7-10 business days processing time frame, but the 10th business day was on 11/22 for the first two withdrawals made on 11/9. The 10th business day for the 11/14 withdrawal request will be on 11/28.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in expediting the processing of these withdrawals.

And now it is 12/10, I never received a response. On 12/2, I have withdrawn $2500 x 2, and $$470.
The grand total SOV owes is $12,970.

Thanks AG and Tawni for assisting with these withdrawals. I’m going to stop playing at SOV, it’s too much work to be paid in a timely manner.
