They ignore ALL of my requests, unable to witdraw $1490.64
I have a win of $1490.64. I have requested a withdrawal at least 3 times. The 1st time I submitted way more documentation than they had asked for and they still said it was unverifiable and they needed more! I sent in everything that I had they took longer than the time limit was supposed to take and then sent me an email stating they needed even more documentation! They also stated that my bank information wasn't good enough because it wasn't a bank that they worked with, which is Chase Bank. I opened 3 different bank accounts and they had an excuse for each one as to why they couldnt wire my money. I then requested a check only for to sit in a pending status for 3 weeks. I then canceled the request and resubmitted it and it is still in pending status. It seems to me that they have no intention of paying.
I have sent numerous messages requesting a response to which I have received none!! There is not a phone number to call and there is no one to talk to except for a chatbot. I am literally at my wits end at this point and very frustrated. They had no problem debiting my account for the money that I put in to play, but they have come up with nothing but excuses as to why they will not pay me my winnings.
