Taking an unreasonable period of time to receive winnings


Hi,
I play a number of Casinos online.
I joined Slots of Vegas Casino which offers generous bonuses and was playing with typically $30 Canadian and never won anything for a year. Then one night in early July, playing with $30 I had a lucky night and won $1400. I went through the verification process and was finally approved on August 3rd. The Casino stated that they would mail a cheque as they could not send the money to my bank because they must send US funds. And I am still waiting for the cheque as of August 24th .When I enquired on the cheque today with customer service - the representative said that I must answer some basic questions like which Bank I use , the Bank account number and do they accept international cheques?
I had answered these questions at least 5 times during the verification process! The withdrawal is now approved. Why would the ask these same questions at this point , since I have been approved. I do not appreciate the stalling. I am asking the Casino to simply mail me my winnings which I won fair and square !

It took a while but I received my second check for my winnings yesterday. Thank you Tawni, you seem genuinely regretful that things took so long. I am very appreciative to Ask Gamblers for helping
to resolve this. I now look forward to playing at Slots of Vegas Casino again and having some more
great wins! I consider this complaint closed and filed away :)
