Still waiting on payout from March 2024

I won money in March 2024…I’ve been trying to withdrawal ever since without success.

They refused to pay me out through bitcoin, coindraw, or check…continuously came up with reason after reason of why they couldn’t process my payout, put me through a more extensive verification process than you go through to get a home mortgage or auto loan. Repeatedly making me resend and resend and resend documents. Repeatedly telling me they had everything only to tell me that they needed more. Repeatedly telling me that I’d recieve an update by email and never once have I received an email from them.

I had to open two separate new bank accounts in order to receive funds, then for two months refused to accept my bank statements because my balance wasn’t high enough for them and my account didn’t have enough transa­cti­ons­…fi­nally, at the end of June, they said I had been successfully verified…but they needed another bank statement and needed updated wire instru­cti­ons­….e­ven­tually approving my payout on July 9th & telling me that it would be sent to their third party pmt processing company by Friday July 12th and I should receive pmt within 14 business days.

Today makes 14 business days and of course I don’t have pmt. The bigger problem is this, I’ve contacted them twice since receiving approval for payout and have been told both times that my payout is still in house and hasn’t even been sent to the third party company to process the wire. I’ve been told for the 25th time that the issue has been escalated(I’m not sure that means anything because any time I’ve been told this, nothing changes and no one contacts me and nothing gets escalated.).

I want my $2375.00 they owe me. I’ve gone above and beyond on my part and been jacked around the whole time. By trade, my career is in finance & banking, I’m very well versed on policy, procedure, verification, red tape, and all the laws the US has in regards to money coming in internationally, etc. I fully understand that because the money is coming from a location outside the US, the verification process is more extensive and the time frames can be longer and I was ok with that, but at this point, I feel like I’m getting a load of excuses in order to put off paying me my winnings. I’m sure they do this in the hopes that ppl will get sick and tired of jumping through the endless hoops they make you jump through and give up on trying to get their winnings. However, I refuse to give up after investing this much time and effort into retrieving my winnings. I paid into their site and they need to pay people their winnings.

How they continue to get away with this is beyond me…no other online casino has jacked me around as much as inclave casinos have….Slots of Vegas by far being the worst. I’ve received payouts from many other casinos outside the US with far less hassle and always within less than 5 business days…some even within hours. I can only imagine that they would make a lot more money and have far less struggle paying out customers their winnings if they actually paid out within a timely manner & stopped jacking customers around.

At any rate, I just want the money I have won…I’ve done all they have asked for, the payout has been approved, they still aren’t paying out, they continue to give me excuses, im done playing their games, and im taking action against them. So im starting here because it looks like you have successfully resolved many payout issues with this casino and I’m hoping you can help me too. Thank you in advance for any help or support you can provide me in resolving this issue. I’ve attached 4 screenshots…I have more if needed, but will start with these.

Also-while gathering information for this complaint, I saw that I received a “message” on July 24 stating that my payment was being “reviewed”(despite it being approved on the 9th) and would be sent out for pmt within 5-7 business days.). Neither of the last two customer service agents I chatted with said anything about this and I’m not even sure what this means. What is there to review on an approved payout? Wouldn’t they do that before approving it. Idk, none of this makes sense and I just want my payout at this point. It’s beyond the point of ridiculous and is borderline fraud and illegal business practices.

I apologize for the difficulties you've been experiencing with this.

You'll be happy to know that your payment was sent to our processor, last week (7/24). Our processor had a bit of a backlog, which slowed things down, but I do expect to have confirmation that the wire has been completed in the next few days.

Slots of Vegas keeps rejecting the same PDF bank statement and delaying my withdrawal

I requested a withdrawal on March 17, 2026. Since then, Slots of Vegas has repeatedly delayed my withdrawal by making changing and repetitive document demands, even though I have already provided the exact documents they requested multiple times.

I submitted:

• the most recent full bank statement in PDF format for account ending in <removed>

• a recent water bill as proof of address,

• my passport as proof of legal residence,

• and my current driver’s license.

The statement I submitted is the original PDF downloaded directly from the bank's website. It is not a screenshot. It is the most recent statement, it is for account ending in <removed>, it shows transaction activity, and it shows a positive ending balance.

Despite this, their support team keeps sending repetitive emails saying the bank statement is not acceptable and asking me to resend the same PDF again and again. Different representatives have told me different things, including requests for a passport, driver’s license, utility bill, proof of legal residence, and repeated requests for the same PDF. I have complied over and over, but they still have not processed my withdrawal or identified any specific defect in the document.

They have also repeatedly told me the matter is being “escalated,” but nothing has been resolved. I have asked them multiple times to identify the exact defect in the statement if they are rejecting it, and they have failed to do so.

At this point, I believe they are improperly delaying my withdrawal by repeatedly demanding the same documents without a valid explanation.

I am requesting that Slots of Vegas:

1. confirm receipt and acceptance of the documents I already submitted,

2. stop sending generic requests for the same PDF statement,

3. identify any actual specific deficiency if one truly exists, and

4. process my withdrawal immediately.

I have preserved the emails and records of my repeated submissions.
