Hello, First of all I sent an email to the docs department on June 10th with all the paperwork they need from me. Nobody answer me nothing at all. One of the guys helped me to email my docs to the docs department. Now they said is in process. They told me to wait 7 business days. I’m waiting more than that and nothing!!! It’s totally ridiculous! The amount of my withdraw is 102$. Please Reply me ASAP. Thanks!

I'm sorry for your frustration and unfortunately, I don't have good news for you...

You made a $50 deposit and redeemed a coupon (5XPLAY-NOMAX-SK.164 BASESLOADED)--the amount of the coupon was $175. All bonus funds are non-withdrawable and as such, would be removed from your withdrawal amount. The minimum withdrawal amount is $100, which means you would have had to have made (minimally) a withdrawal amount of $275 to cover the bonus and receive any funds.

12. Unless specifically stated otherwise, bonus amount is always considered non-cashable and will be removed from the amount of your withdrawal request. E.g., if the Player receives a bonus of $100 and later requests a $390 withdrawal, the $100 bonus will be removed, and the withdrawal will total $290. Withdrawal requests made for less than the bonus received will be denied and returned to the Player's account.

Additional Terms Applicable to ALL Bonuses

5. When using a deposit bonus, any withdrawal request must exceed the sum of the deposit and the deposit bonus. E.g. If the Player deposits $100 and receives a $100 bonus, the withdrawal request must exceed $200.

The $102 was returned to your player account (July 1) so you could attempt to build your balance, however, I see you played the funds down to $0 on the same day.

With this, there is no withdrawal pending to be approved or paid.
