I won $2000 on May 9th I have been waiting since then . I have been told finally that my withdrawal was sent on 7/7 at 5 am and would be in my account, via wire transfer at the latest 10 business days later. Its nowhere to be found 🙁

The entire process has been a nightmare, not one of there timelines have they even come close to meeting. But I have been relentless and finally thought it was on its way. I had to open a new bank account just to receive the funds. IO have jumped through every hoop and spent hours of my time on this. What should have been fun,,,,has been anything but, I don't know what to do.

Today they requested proof the funds had never arrived. Which I sent but Im losing hope. I really need need money and am so very discouraged.

Please help. Its been 3 months almost and I feel tricked.

Hi Heidi--

I'm very sorry for the difficulties and delays you've had with this.

No need to send your bank statement, as I can see straight away that your payment has not yet been processed. We hit a bit of a backlog in the first half of July and it's taking a while for our processor to get caught up. I've checked on your payment with our processor and I've been told that you should be receiving the payment in the next day or so. As soon as I have final confirmation that this has been completed, I'll be sure to let you know.

Don't lose hope...
