Slow payment
On 9/5 I submitted a withdrawal request which was approved on 9/25. I have reached out to their online support repeatedly and just keep getting the runaround. I have kept chat records of the last couple of interactions and can provide on request. I've verified that they have all my information and I actually received another withdrawal after submitting that one in a couple of days. They just keep blowing me off saying that it'll be paid momentarily or next week or some other lame excuse. I'm now outside of their 14 day payment window no matter how you count it (business days versus calendar). It's not even that much money ($360) but it's the principal.
