Slow on withdrawals


I have been getting nothing but the run around from these people since Jan.2019. First it took 7x's of my submitting my paperwork for withdrawals. They finally confirmed the forms were accepted back in March 2019. I have several pending withdrawals with them. One was approved on April 6, 2019 for $2500.00 and it is now May 2nd and still no check and/or correspondence as to where it stands. Every time I email, I get the standard please give us 5 days. Their typical comeback for Everything! I have given well over their 5 day requirement and never received replies. In addition, I have not been able to access my history for over 3 days now. As I mentioned, I have several pending withdrawals. I would like to know the status of them asap
