Slots of Vegas why is this necessary for withdrawals
Hello Tawni and AskGamblers,
For every withdrawal I have completed I always hope that this would not be necessary, but unfortunately it happens.
These are the dates for my current withdrawals (max withdrawal = $2500 via ACH)
$2500 on 9/26/2014 — On 10/11/2024, the 11th business day since I made this withdrawal and the withdrawal was still pending. I chatted with customer service and it was escalated, It was finally approved on 10/12/2024. Today makes the 12th business day since this was approved and it still has not been deposited into my account. Payment is supposed to be deposited in 7-10 business days.
$2500 on 10/4/2024 —- this was approved on 10/17/2024 (it happened on the 9th business day) I did not need to escalate this for approval. Tomorrow (10/31) will be the 10th business day since it was approved. Approved payments are supposed to be received in 7-10 business days.
$2500 on 10/9/2024, I had to chat with customer service to have the withdrawal escalated. It was approved on the 12th business day. So, the 10th business day will be on 11/8/2024
$2000 on 10/28, I know it has not been 10 business days yet, so I don’t expect it to process yet, but it would be nice.
I’m really thankful to have AskGamblers to assist with my withdrawals, I really wish it would be able to happen without AG’s assistance. It seems like I win a lot, but I do play a lot too. SOV does receive a lot of my money and it is only fair for them to payout when I do have a win.
