Slots of Vegas not approving withdrawals
I requested a withdrawal on Feb 19th for $500.64. I'm a regular player at SOV and just one month prior, had a successful payout. This reaffirms to me that my documents are and will continue to be current and acceptable per SOV requirements.
I have contacted their customer service team at least 6 times to inquire as to why my request has not been approved. Each time I am advised that it will be escalated and to check back in 3 days. It has now been over 6 weeks and still no approval to my request.
There is absolutely no reasons for a delay like this (especially for a frequent player with multiple withdrawals over the last year ). I know that SOV is a sister casino to Ruby slots. Well it just so happens that I have the same issue with Ruby Slots currently. I have 2 open requests dated March 11 and March 12 and both of these are being held as well.
I've repeatedly asked why the delays, but of course I am never given a reason, just apologies and promises.

I'm appreciative that ASKGAMBLERS will help mediate this issue. It is just somewhat concerning that it always has to come to this each and every time a withdrawal is requested. It is as if the only way you will receive your winnings is by using a third parties involvement.
