Slots of Vegas dishonest payment practices
On 2-15-2023 I submitted a withdrawal for $2500. My VIP PLAYER HOST Peter Vidic assured me the withdrawal would be processed and paid within a few days. Yes, I have all screenshots. Since this date, I have called him 17 times, emailed him 11 times, and requested him in a chat with no response ever.
The live chat agents cannot answer why it has been 3 weeks now with no funds, and no contact. As a matter of fact, some of them said that there is no pending withdrawal. I had to ask for supervisors to have them see that indeed there was.
Mr. Vidic finally got on chat and told me my VIP status was no more. He stated that he never said he would escalate my request and he told me he supervised the people who misinformed me. This in fact is not true I came to learn.
My withdrawal from 2-15 which was supposed to be COINDRAW which is immediate, was arbitrarily changed to Bitcoin which I never authorized. The withdrawal was FINALLY approved on 2-28. I went to live chat tonight. They told me they have no clue when I will receive it because they process withdrawals in batches of 2500 and take care of the “heavy players” first-those with 90-100,000 I was told by an agent allegedly named Flora Roberts. All the names are fake, by the way.
I want my money. It is bitcoin and I shouldn’t have to wait for their timeframe of (-7 or 7-10 days, I was told both by the way.
Please let me know how to proceed. This is the last time I will ever play there. I am a part of a gaming group/club. I have successfully communicated this to 11 players who are also switching off of Slots of Begas and their sister casinos for lying, making up rules as they go, having a false unattended phone number (FACT), and horrid customer service.
Please advise me on the process to get my $2500.
