First off the verification process was a nightmare. I sent them a copy of my id front and back, a copy of my credit card front and back, a photo of myself holding my id and todays newspaper, 2 utility bills, a copy of my lease agreement, and i sent all this numerous times. I was finally verified. I made the initial withdrawl on the 15th of October and when i wait the 7 to 10 buisness days i contact them and they say they escalated my withdrawl and that i need to wait 5 more days so i waited and then after 6 buisness days still nothing so when i contacted them again i was told they were sorry but that they are escalting it again and to wait another 5 days. I am very frustrated because i have follwed every rule and guidline they have set and responded to all of their requests for my information within minutes of getting the email. They now have all my personal information which i am now nervous about. They are able to take my deposit within minutes yet it takes them over a month and counting to pay me what i am owed? I am very frustrated and have been a loyal player to slots of vegas. Please help
