Requesting assistance on delayed payment

Hello,

I'm reaching out to assist in delayed payment. I requested (4) withdrawals totaling $9,005.89 on 5/9/21. I've reached out to support several times regarding status and I get the "it's in process and should be paid any day now". They asked me to verify my documents (again) and that's been confirmed up-to-date (I have backup showing this). It's showing manager approval on some (not all) withdrawals back on 5/9/21 & 5/26/21, but I have yet to receive payment. I've requested a wire transfer and they have all my information. Any help would be appreciated.

I sincerely apologize for not getting back to you sooner on this. At least I have good news for you. ;-)

All of your payments for this account have now been issued:

6/4 Paid $2480 + $20 Fee Wire transaction #124565111
6/7 Paid $1486 + $20 Fee Wire transaction #124565112

As you can see, two of the payments were set up in May, however to be perfectly honest, I don't know why they were not processed. In any event, our processor has confirmed all wires were completed on the 14th, so I would expect the funds have reached your account by now.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
