Payout still not being issued


Have been trying to withdrawal funds since early July. I was told to withdrawal bitcoin to avoid fees by representative, then payout was cancelled and check was requested. Pending approval for 13 days, afraid to make any further deposits with this group as I have never had payout issues previously with online gaming. Issue has been escalated but It does not seem as if it will be resolved soon without a formal complaint or dispute through my financial institution.
