I had submitted a withdraw of $400 on match 20th and still haven't received my winnings. I have contacted customer support several times and they keep telling me that they have escalated it and to wait 48 hours. After 48 hours I contact them again and get the same response. The last time I contacted them I asked for contact information so I could contact someone higher up in the company and they simply did not reply. The terms state you only have to wait 7-10 business days for your withdraw, I have waited a month.

Hi Shanna--
I apologize for the frustration you've been having with this.
I've reviewed your account and I do see your withdrawal has already been issued to your wallet: 4/23 Paid $240 (0.04338728) + no Service Fee Bitcoin for transaction #90521601.
As you can see there is a shortfall from the amount you requested to the actual payment. The reason for this is that you built up the funds for your withdrawal using the Weekly Insurance Bonus ($120), which has a maximum cashout of 2x the bonus ($240).
I wish you all the best,
Tawni
