I'm happy to tell you that your payment was issued to your wallet, yesterday: 8/22 Paid $1162 (0.05494941) + CHB $175 + no Service Fee BTC for transaction #136640232.
Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount. Additionally, there was a chargeback item in the amount of $100 and our processor assesses a $75 charge for any disputed charge. As you can see the $175 for the chargeback was deducted from the total withdrawal amount.
