Payment runaround

Hi, I submitted a withdrawal request on 3/3 which is still pending. Customer service is telling me it's been escalated and it's been delayed due to excessive withdrawal requests. I've gotten the same runaround basically every time I've had a withdrawal request with them, so I just wanted to get ahead of the issue before weeks turned to months. Thanks.
