On November 7,2018 I had submitted a withdraw request for $277.84 I completed the verification process provided all documents needed to be able to get the withdrawal provided them with my bank account information and then a week later I was told that they were not be able to send me a wire transfer with my bank account so then I requested a check which they then told me I would not be able to cash the check also with that bank so I asked what options I would have to get my money and I was told that I would be able to get the money through Bitcoin and that I would need to send them my Bitcoin wallet which I did and then received an email letting me know that I would have to first make a deposit through Bitcoin to be able to receive my withdrawal through Bitcoin nowhere on the website or in the terms or conditions does it state that you first have to make a deposit with Bitcoin before being able to make a withdrawal with Bitcoin this has now been 3 months since my deposit was approved and still have not received my money or had any assistance with making it even possible to receive my withdraw. I am unable to open another bank account and don't feel like I should have to just to recieve my money.

I'm so very sorry for your frustration. You were given a bit of misinformation regarding Bitcoin...

Yes, Bitcoin payments are reserved for players who deposit with this method. We do not however, ask players to make another deposit in order to issue a previous withdrawal in Bitcoin. I sincerely apologize that this was conveyed to you.

Because this has been mishandled, I've gotten the ok to have your withdrawal issued in Bitcoin, this time around. I've just sent you an email requesting your crypto address--once I receive this, I'll make sure your payment is issued without delays.
