Hi I am submiting this complaint because I have 2 withdrawls that have already been approved, 1st witdrawl requested 12-5-2012 for $200.00 and was approved on12-19-2012, 2nd withdrawl was requested 12-23-2012 for $2000 and was approved on 1-4-2003. I have not received a check or tracking nuber or anything. I have been told numerous times by CS that payment has been sent to payment processor and to "rest assured I will receive an email as soon as tracking number is confirmed" I am just wondering if this is a normal time frame. It doesn't say that it might take a month and a half or more to receive payment in there rules. everything I've seen says 7-10 business days or 10-15 business days. Its been much longer. Any info would greatly appreciated, Thank you!
