I placed a withdrawal request on August 21st, 24th & 28 2022. As always, after placing my withdrawal request, the automatic message states, I should receive an update within 5 days. Its been 2 weeks and no update.

I contacted to support this morning to check the status of my withdrawal request and was told, it's approved but still pending to be sent to my bitcoin account. It never has taking this long to receive my funds when using bitcoin. I'm somewhat upset because I am loyal customer. I always play at slots of vegas but can never receive my payouts on time. I feel as a loyal customer I should be treated better.

All three withdrawal request amount is 100 each. 300 dollars altogether.
