Hello,


I have not received any updates on my first two withdrawal placed on September 12 2021. One for 2500 & 1475. I chatted with someone in customer service on the 09/24/2021. I was informed that my documents were updated on September 20th and I should receive an update on my withdrawal by Thursday of this week. Check this morning and still no update. Can someone please help me? Thanks!
