Payment delayed and they do not wire transfer to credit union

i have 5 pending withdrawls. This is my first time using this casino. Sent all my documents and got approved for withdrawls. Got email 5/8/20, stating my bank the State Employee Credit Union do not accept international transfers, As with my bank, they confirmed they do. To make it more easier, I prefer to receive the check by Fed Ex. Can you please help me? Included is the date, reference numbers and amounts to be paid. Also, the reference numbers of withdrawl requested by me. Thanks
