Payment Approved Oct 19th for 250 dollars not received
I have been getting the run around about the $250 payment I was supposed to receive 7-10 business days after my approval date. When notifying the casino they asked me to verify, that it had been submitted they told me once I received a reference number within an hour of emailing REverification they would escalate. I reached out multiple times and they claim they will escalate the situation. It’s Been well over 8 hours since they said I’d receive the reference number in my email, reached back out a second time they changed it from 1hour to 2. I’ve sent proof of address abs proof of valid ID. I’ve been playing at this casino for over 3 years and have spent thousands of dollars but it’s so difficult to get winnings win it’s time.
