I was assured that my withdrawal would at least be approved within the 5-7 Business Day window and it is now day 8, JUST FOR THE APPROVAL. From approval Slots of Vegas give a 5-10 business day window for the withdrawal to be completed. I'm making the complaint because they also have told me that I can't receive my weekly cash back until the withdrawal has been approved. Considering my level of play and asking, it feels like they are waiting, just to approve my withdrawal until the window in which I am eligible for my "weekly cashback" expires.

I was told yesterday it would be approved by End of Day. Today, there is no approval and it has had to be escalated. To my understanding the approval happens in house then is sent out to a processor, so why would my approval take this long and for a site that claims to have the fastest payouts for US players.

I would like my approval AND my weekly cashback Slots of Vegas.

I received a denial for the $750 as they said $750 was the bonus amount received. This is really suspicious as the amount I had played down the 10x playthough AND the BONUS MONEY listed till both balances in those buckets said $0 and the Withdrawal amount I had was in the thousands at the time! I even made sure with the rep that the withdrawal was free of any kind of gotchas! Apparently the withdrawal amount listed IS NOT the amount you are able to withdraw even AFTER you have played though the Playthrough AND the Bonus amount showing $0. Why even have an express payment available for a max of $750 when you are not even going to pay that out saying that is bonus money when the matter of fact is it doesn't show as the bonus balance anymore since you've played it all the way through, even the 10x playthrough! Slots of Vegas has been more than frustrating as it took 9 business days to just make the approval, when the site says within 5-7 business days for approval.. THEN you have to wait another 7-10 business days till you even get paid out!

Slots of Vegas advertises fast payouts, as well as better payouts. BEWARE of this online casino as even their tracking is completely wrong. I have email transcripts dating back to when I started the withdrawal that the withdrawal would be ok!

They credited my account back the $750 and again it was in the withdrawal bucket, NOT BONUS BUCKET, and I was told I would need to make double the $750 to withdraw $750. Complete BS from this casino. Not to mention prior I has already played thousands! I emptied out the account and will not be playing there again. I would also warn other players to STAY AWAY FROM SLOTS OF VEGAS!

FURTHERMORE -- Unless the withdrawable amount is available, it doesn't even let you withdraw! SO I CALL SHAME on Slots of Vegas for not wanting to payout!

Hi Hakim--

I've been looking over the notes on your account and there's something that I'm not 100% clear on. I'll need to speak with our Payments Manager about this to get some clarification.

As soon as I have answers, I'll be back with an update.

First of all, who is "Hakim"!?!? That might be your first issue, if my account was not properly routed via username!

Thanks!

Tawni? Slots of Vegas? Still no reply, still no fix either in getting my name correct or telling me what exactly happened with my $750 withdrawal?

Thanks for nothing!

Hi Ryan--

First, I apologize for my previous reply--I was looking at a different issue and replied to your complaint inadvertently.

I've looked over your account and I'm guessing you've not read our terms--all bonuses are non-withdrawable. As you received a bonus in the amount of $750, that amount would be removed from any withdrawal request. Given that your withdrawal request was in the amount of $750, there would be no withdrawal to be paid.

As a result, the funds were placed back into your account, so you could continue playing and possibly build up the funds to a point where you could achieve a withdrawal, minus the bonus funds. Unfortunately, things did not go your way, as you played your balance down to $0, March 27th. At this time, there are no withdrawals to be approved or paid.

I'm sorry for the confusion.

I wish you all the best,

Tawni

I did read the terms and what it all your reps made it sound like as well as the terms is that since I had already played thousands in advance of the withdrawal, that the withdrawal wouldve been approved as I had played way over any bonus amount. What your terms should say is regardless of how much you play is that you will always be held to pay back the amount no matter what, win or lose, when you play at Slots of Vegas.

Players beware of Slots of Vegas. Regardless of your play, even when the tickers from the Cashier say you have a withdrawl amount, you will NOT be approved for withdrawal. Bad business! They take your money and the thousands you end up spending but still hold you liable for any discretionary money given, even when their reps tell you that you are ok and should be approved for withdrawl.

Slots of Vegas with also make you wait 2 weeks for an approval and if you are approved another up to 3 weeks to recieve funds. If you look at the other complaints here, up to 3 months before you recieve any funds and regardless of any funds you've played they will take money from you!

Slots of Vegas shame on you!

Slots of Vegas will not issue withdrawals! Beware!

Credited account played MAX to zero out account quickly since they weren't going to pay anyways and I've argued enough with the support team which has told me different things then the finance team. I will not be playing here anymore. Close account!

Players Beware!!

I have since cancelled my account with Slots of Vegas for lies and failure fornwithdrawal. I advise anyone else wanting to okay at the casino to know they take 7 -10 business days for approval then another 15 -21 just for withdrawl. Again, my experience has been terrible. Customer service assured me my withdrawal was legitimate and I would receive funds as I wanted to make sure I played all bonus, playthrough, and any other holdback. Withdrawl pending for 10 days (not 7) only for finance to argue with me that regardless of the thousands I had played through and bonuses that I met criteria for, any withdrawl is subject to minus bonus regardless of play, mind you, the max for their 1st time Express withdrawl is $750, so I put in the $750 max. After waiting 2 weeks of waiting they denied it. Customer service said they shouldn't have, but yet finance argued that customer service is wrong.

Regardless, dont play here or any of their sister casinos for that matter, look them all up with everyone fighting for their withdrawals. Waiting 3months for anything and then getting stiffed for funds.

Players beware!
