Payment approval delayed

I was assured that my withdrawal would at least be approved within the 5-7 Business Day window and it is now day 8, JUST FOR THE APPROVAL. From approval Slots of Vegas give a 5-10 business day window for the withdrawal to be completed. I'm making the complaint because they also have told me that I can't receive my weekly cash back until the withdrawal has been approved. Considering my level of play and asking, it feels like they are waiting, just to approve my withdrawal until the window in which I am eligible for my "weekly cashback" expires.

I was told yesterday it would be approved by End of Day. Today, there is no approval and it has had to be escalated. To my understanding the approval happens in house then is sent out to a processor, so why would my approval take this long and for a site that claims to have the fastest payouts for US players.

I would like my approval AND my weekly cashback Slots of Vegas.

I have since cancelled my account with Slots of Vegas for lies and failure fornwithdrawal. I advise anyone else wanting to okay at the casino to know they take 7 -10 business days for approval then another 15 -21 just for withdrawl. Again, my experience has been terrible. Customer service assured me my withdrawal was legitimate and I would receive funds as I wanted to make sure I played all bonus, playthrough, and any other holdback. Withdrawl pending for 10 days (not 7) only for finance to argue with me that regardless of the thousands I had played through and bonuses that I met criteria for, any withdrawl is subject to minus bonus regardless of play, mind you, the max for their 1st time Express withdrawl is $750, so I put in the $750 max. After waiting 2 weeks of waiting they denied it. Customer service said they shouldn't have, but yet finance argued that customer service is wrong.

Regardless, dont play here or any of their sister casinos for that matter, look them all up with everyone fighting for their withdrawals. Waiting 3months for anything and then getting stiffed for funds.
