Over a month payment not approved


Hello. I have a withdrawal problem vs Slots of Vegas again.

They frozen my withdrawal $2500 requested on 05/05/2024. Over a month and it's not even approved. When I chat vs their representative's same answer every time "I escalated it's going to be approved by tomorrow". No results. I sent the message to paymen­ts@­cas­ino­sup­por­tce­nte­rs.com.

Answer. "We approve your withdrawal when you receive the other one". In they terms & cond...I did not see this rule. "Up to 15 business days" and i really don't understand why it's taking so long. Anyway I reserved my payment 3 days ago and I don't see any changes on withdrawal requested on 05/05/24.Over a month for approving + 2 weeks to send it to me.(that the time they take to send it)-2 MONTH. Chat vs their representative's - waste of time. No results. It's a very good casino to play(maybe the best in my vision) and you really can win a lot of money there but they payment system is horrible and this thing crosses out every good things in this casino.

They sent me a several messages about 3 month ago. "Fastest payout ever". NO. Same payout system hope you help me vs this issue. Thanks. Have a nice day.
