Not receiving my withdrawal

I had put in request on 1/15 for $810 with slots of Vegas. It took the 7 days until I had to have them escalate the approval. I was finally sent to finance department on 2/1. It now has been 15 business days since and have still not received my money. I keep getting told it’s out of their hands but will be getting it soon. Their rules state 7-10 business days to receive withdrawal. I keep getting the run around with host on the casino.

I apologize for the difficulties you've experienced with this.

I've checked your account and I see the payment was sorted a while ago: 2/1 Paid $797.50 + $12.50 Service Fee for transaction #120415536. I'm not certain why this was held up, but I've checked with our processor and they confirmed the wire was completed on the 22nd. I would expect you'll find the funds in your account in the next day or so (if not already).
