Not Paying Withdrawals Been Waiting 2 Plus Months

To Whom It May Concern,

I have been trying to get Slots of Vegas to pay me what they owe me for months now. As you can see from the withdrawal log below, I have been awaiting payment for these Bitcoin withdrawals for over 2 plus months. I have followed up multiple times and they keep saying there are a lot of withdrawal requests right now, so we are behind.

They owe me $55k not including the more recent pending withdrawals. Their website states the following:

1. All withdrawal requests will be reviewed within 7 business days from the date of the request.

2. Payment will be made in 7 to 10 business days after approval.

They have approved 9 of my withdrawal requests but still have not paid me. The other 13 withdrawal requests have not even been approved much less paid and they were all submitted over two months ago.

I'm a VIP5 which is their highest VIP status level.

Their website advertises the following for VIP5 Level:

"Priority Withdrawals: Bid farewell to wait times and embrace lightning-fast withdrawals with higher limits that cater to your needs. Your time is precious, and we ensure that you can access your winnings swiftly and conveniently."

VIP5 is also eligible to withdraw $7.5k/week versus their standard of $2.5k/week.

The only time I can get them to pay anything is if I deposit cash on the website, win, and submit a coin draw request. They pay these usually in 7-8 days, but you can only have one coin draw request pending at any given time. They are just outright not paying my Bitcoin withdrawal request.

I can provide additional documentation if needed I just want them to pay me what they owe me.

Hi Jason--

I'm sorry, but you are completely incorrect in your assessment of things. If you go back to the beginning of your complaint, we were paying you $5000 per week. Your status changed significantly once you began stacking up more and more wins. VIP status is based primarily on wins vs. losses, as well as other factors. It was accurate when you were told that there are algorithms in place which determines player status.

Regarding your payments, another withdrawal was sorted and issued to your wallet, Tuesday: 10/8 Paid $2460 + $40.00 Service Fee Bitcoin for transaction #194109597 ($2,500.00).

I'll be back next week when your next payment is sorted.

Two weeks ago I filed a complaint about Slots of Vegas not paying me $7.5k/week in withdrawals like they should be under my VIP 5 status. Tawni replied to my complaint saying I wasn’t a VIP 5 when in fact I was and I provided screenshots and posted them on this website to prove it.

Funny how my VIP 5 status and my VIP status was taken away altogether two weeks after I submitted my complaint. Tawni says she and her department had nothing to do with this and I should talk to the VIP department but that is complete B.S.. By taking away my VIP status they only have to pay me $2.5k/week instead of $7.5k/week. It’s not a coincidence that my VIP 5 status was taken away when I initially filed this complaint with AskGamblers. This allowed them at that time to reduce my weekly payment amount to $2.5k. And now they have taken away my VIP status again to reduce my weekly payments. I spoke with two different representatives from the Slots of Vegas VIP Department and they gave me two completely different answers as to why my VIP status was taken away. The first representative said it’s an algorithm that tracks multiple things and they have no control over it. The second representative told me it’s because I’ve won too much money in the last 30 days. What a joke! Bottom line is they took away my VIP status AGAIN so they could pay me less weekly. These people are dishonest.

Unfortunately, you no longer have VIP 5 status, so this changes the maximum weekly payout amount. There is absolutely nothing I can do to change this--you would need to speak with a VIP host regarding this.

Further, the bulk of your withdrawals were requested nearly a month after you issued your complaint. We have to pay withdrawals in chronological order, which we have been doing (and will continue to do).

Disappearing money

On June 15th at 11:37 pm, I deposited $351 usd with the bonus luckystreak350.

I understand the bonuses and read everything, anything over 3.5k will be non-payable. So I was playing and got up to $7.6k in winnings.

The reversal withdraw kick in as approved and took $3,613.50 same day at 11:48 pm

So that left me with 3.5k of my winnings. I withdrew $2500 and a $1000 one.

They denied it on June 18th, and the manager approved a withdrawal that took my real winnings of 3.5k, and it disappeared and never popped up again. Keep in mind, I had 3 other pending winnings from different deposits and bonuses after. They told me it comes out of that, which is a lie.

I read the reviews on how they do this, but they owe me 3.5k from June 15th winnings.

Worlds Most Frustrating Withdrawal

I’ve been trying to withdraw 2,500 for at least 2 months now. I first tried to withdraw using bitcoin but was denied due to my winnings being won on a debit deposit. Okay, understandable I guess. They only accepted National Banks that accept wire transfers and had a SWIFT code, but I also had to have this account for 30 days and had to have a positive balance. Which of course had to be my own, not joined, account. I did this as well. I submitted all documents just to be told that the bank I sent is not accepted on their end when they have all of the qualifications that were asked for. I even deposited more bitcoin than I deposited through my debit to try and get it eligible to withdraw through bitcoin. Please help!!

Taking really long to get payed

I won total of $7500 in April 2026. So far I been paid $5237. The remaining $2318 has been stretching it out and not paying me. As of today 05/27 I was told to come back on 6/4 to have my $816 withdrawal escalated if not paid by then. And the other $1502 which I requested to be paid on 04/15/26 has not even been approved by the casino.

7 to 10 day have past STILL NO PAYOUT

I made a withdrawal of $1001.00 from Slots Of Vegas online casino, and today is actually the last day of the 7-10 days that they make you wait, after it’s been approved. It was approved on May 4, 2026 and nothing has been deposited into my account. I have made withdrawals with this casino before, but they have never made me wait this long to receive my payout. Yes, in the past, they have made it difficult to receive my withdrawal, but once everything that was needed was submitted, they always sent my withdrawal about 3-4 days after. I have given them everything that is needed, and the 7-10 days that they make you wait after it’s been approved have already gone by, today being the 10th day, BUT YET, STILL NO WITHDRAWAL. Not paying out winnings and changing rules

I've been playing for years. And was a VIP member. And it has always been a struggle to get paid on time. Always an excuse & false promises.

In the last two months, I’ve been winning & they all of a sudden said they took my VIP away because I needed to play more. Then my payments were due, and I never saw them.

I kept reaching out and getting run around by different people.

Then they started approving my withdrawals and taking them off my account, but never sending them to my Bitcoin account.

Then they erased all my previous transactions in my profile.

I am owed $5745 and have been told for two months every excuse not to pay it.

Refused to wire winnings to a bank they recommend

They refused to wire it to my main bank, then they recommended another one.. I went through months of back and forth.

They finally received all the docs needed and still denied a wire, so I have over 1200 in winnings I can never withdraw because they won’t wire to the bank they in fact recommended.

The only thing I can do after giving them thousands of dollars is to just play my winnings until they’re exhausted and then close my account.

That’s got to be criminal.

How many bank accounts am I supposed to open? My credit score has gone down because of this, and my card was compromised because of this site.

At this time, I have multiple withdrawals pending that have been delayed repeatedly and have not been paid.

Several withdrawals have been sitting since March and April without being processed or completed.

These withdrawals have been delayed multiple times, in some cases four or more times, without clear explanation or updated timelines.

I have contacted support through chat and email on numerous occasions and have not received clear answers or resolution.

My concerns are:

1. Withdrawals are being delayed repeatedly without clear explanation
2. Payments are not being processed within the stated timeframes
3. Ongoing lack of communication and meaningful support

I am requesting:

- Processing of all pending withdrawals
- A clear and accurate payout timeline
- Resolution of all delayed payments

Past due Withdrawal Approval

I requested a withdrawal of $473.00. The terms and conditions state approvals (not payouts) take 7-10 business days, then another 7-10 business days for payment processing. That is absolutely ridiculous. However I agreed to play there son held me accountable to their terms. But this now over 10 business days and my withdrawal is still not approved. The winnings are from 100% my own money with no bonus attached. The deposit and withdrawal request is from an already approved and verified crypto wallet using bitcoin. It is not my first withdrawal from this site. This should be the easiest approval to process. I want my money.
