Not Paying Withdrawals Been Waiting 2 Plus Months

To Whom It May Concern,

I have been trying to get Slots of Vegas to pay me what they owe me for months now. As you can see from the withdrawal log below, I have been awaiting payment for these Bitcoin withdrawals for over 2 plus months. I have followed up multiple times and they keep saying there are a lot of withdrawal requests right now, so we are behind.

They owe me $55k not including the more recent pending withdrawals. Their website states the following:

1. All withdrawal requests will be reviewed within 7 business days from the date of the request.

2. Payment will be made in 7 to 10 business days after approval.

They have approved 9 of my withdrawal requests but still have not paid me. The other 13 withdrawal requests have not even been approved much less paid and they were all submitted over two months ago.

I'm a VIP5 which is their highest VIP status level.

Their website advertises the following for VIP5 Level:

"Priority Withdrawals: Bid farewell to wait times and embrace lightning-fast withdrawals with higher limits that cater to your needs. Your time is precious, and we ensure that you can access your winnings swiftly and conveniently."

VIP5 is also eligible to withdraw $7.5k/week versus their standard of $2.5k/week.

The only time I can get them to pay anything is if I deposit cash on the website, win, and submit a coin draw request. They pay these usually in 7-8 days, but you can only have one coin draw request pending at any given time. They are just outright not paying my Bitcoin withdrawal request.

I can provide additional documentation if needed I just want them to pay me what they owe me.

I'm sorry, but you are completely incorrect in your assessment of things. If you go back to the beginning of your complaint, we were paying you $5000 per week. Your status changed significantly once you began stacking up more and more wins. VIP status is based primarily on wins vs. losses, as well as other factors. It was accurate when you were told that there are algorithms in place which determines player status.

Regarding your payments, another withdrawal was sorted and issued to your wallet, Tuesday: 10/8 Paid $2460 + $40.00 Service Fee Bitcoin for transaction #194109597 ($2,500.00).

Two weeks ago I filed a complaint about Slots of Vegas not paying me $7.5k/week in withdrawals like they should be under my VIP 5 status. Tawni replied to my complaint saying I wasn’t a VIP 5 when in fact I was and I provided screenshots and posted them on this website to prove it.

Funny how my VIP 5 status and my VIP status was taken away altogether two weeks after I submitted my complaint. Tawni says she and her department had nothing to do with this and I should talk to the VIP department but that is complete B.S.. By taking away my VIP status they only have to pay me $2.5k/week instead of $7.5k/week. It’s not a coincidence that my VIP 5 status was taken away when I initially filed this complaint with AskGamblers. This allowed them at that time to reduce my weekly payment amount to $2.5k. And now they have taken away my VIP status again to reduce my weekly payments. I spoke with two different representatives from the Slots of Vegas VIP Department and they gave me two completely different answers as to why my VIP status was taken away. The first representative said it’s an algorithm that tracks multiple things and they have no control over it. The second representative told me it’s because I’ve won too much money in the last 30 days. What a joke! Bottom line is they took away my VIP status AGAIN so they could pay me less weekly. These people are dishonest.

Unfortunately, you no longer have VIP 5 status, so this changes the maximum weekly payout amount. There is absolutely nothing I can do to change this--you would need to speak with a VIP host regarding this.

Further, the bulk of your withdrawals were requested nearly a month after you issued your complaint. We have to pay withdrawals in chronological order, which we have been doing (and will continue to do).

Slots of Vegas keeps rejecting the same PDF bank statement and delaying my withdrawal

I requested a withdrawal on March 17, 2026. Since then, Slots of Vegas has repeatedly delayed my withdrawal by making changing and repetitive document demands, even though I have already provided the exact documents they requested multiple times.

I submitted:

• the most recent full bank statement in PDF format for account ending in <removed>

• a recent water bill as proof of address,

• my passport as proof of legal residence,

• and my current driver’s license.

The statement I submitted is the original PDF downloaded directly from the bank's website. It is not a screenshot. It is the most recent statement, it is for account ending in <removed>, it shows transaction activity, and it shows a positive ending balance.

Despite this, their support team keeps sending repetitive emails saying the bank statement is not acceptable and asking me to resend the same PDF again and again. Different representatives have told me different things, including requests for a passport, driver’s license, utility bill, proof of legal residence, and repeated requests for the same PDF. I have complied over and over, but they still have not processed my withdrawal or identified any specific defect in the document.

They have also repeatedly told me the matter is being “escalated,” but nothing has been resolved. I have asked them multiple times to identify the exact defect in the statement if they are rejecting it, and they have failed to do so.

At this point, I believe they are improperly delaying my withdrawal by repeatedly demanding the same documents without a valid explanation.

I am requesting that Slots of Vegas:

1. confirm receipt and acceptance of the documents I already submitted,

2. stop sending generic requests for the same PDF statement,

3. identify any actual specific deficiency if one truly exists, and

4. process my withdrawal immediately.

I have preserved the emails and records of my repeated submissions.
