Not paying winnings


I made a $2500 withdrawal on 10/5. It was approved on 10/23. Everyday or at least every other day I have been told it is being sent to the processor and had been escalated. Now it is another month. This is ridiculous. They are basically refusing to pay. They agreed all documents are in order and they owe the money but have not sent it to date. They keep saying "check back tomorrow".
