Not paying my winnings of $5000

I won over 5,000$ on cash bandits

On june 12 it took them 10 days just to verify my account and still made me upload everything about 5 times.

I have spoken to every customer service agent that works there. They repeat every day that my winning were in escalation. I heard that about 40 times.

Also never return my emails stating they will get back to me, its over 53 days since I won. I'm getting upset.

Please fix this. It should not be this way
