I requested 2 withdrawals from SOV on 1/11/2021 for $ 2500 & $1000 (though for some reason they now show the $1000 in June). I have chatted numerous times but have always been told it will be expedited. I tried again to chat tonight but there was no response on their chat line. I'm also having non payment from their sister casino Dreams. for non payment from 1/2021. Should I file a separate complaint?

Regarding your trouble with Dreams, I've checked on that account and I've put your withdrawals in for approval--this should be sorted Monday with the payment being issued before the end of the week. ;-)
