No update on withdrawal request in 10 days


I placed a withdrawal request on 11/05/2022 As always, after placing my withdrawal request, the automatic message states, I should receive an update within 5 days. It's been 2 weeks and no update.

The amount of the withdrawal request is 182 dollars.

I think there may be a mix up. The withdrawal request i received on the 21st was from raging bull not slots of vegas. I placed two withdrawal request on 11/05 & 11/12th with slots of vegas. I

I checked the status today with customer service and was informed both withdrawals were approved on today, which is the 23rd

Regarding the shortfall from your requested withdrawal amount, this is because you built the funds using a free chip. This free chip carried a maximum cashout amount of $100, which is what has been issued.
