No update on withdrawal request


Hello,

Once again It is past the 5 business days and I am waiting for an update on my withdrawal request. I try to give the casino time to provide an update for my withdrawal request but I should not have to wait over the amount of time the casino states it takes for them to provide an update.

The first amount is 2000 which I placed a withdrawal request on February 21, 2022. The second one was placed on February 27, 2022 in the amount of 1000.

This is so goofy...

I received a new complaint notice for you, but it led me to an old (resolved) complaint. I didn't see this complaint until just now when I was looking through AG's complaint list.

Unfortunately, I won't be in the office until much later today. As soon as I get in, I'll check on this and come back to you with an update.
