No update on withdrawal


I was informed last week, I should receive an update for two withdrawals I placed on March 16th and 17, by the beginning of this week. Honestly, I should have received an update about both withdrawals within five days.

I received an update about my first withdrawal on April 4th and I was approved. But the second withdrawal request, no update. The amount of the withdrawal is 2500.
